A payment address that invests part of every payment

When you get paid, part of it becomes a US Stock Token you own and the rest stays spendable. You set it once.

Give payers your address. Your rule splits every USDG payment, and while the market is closed, the equity share waits as USDG.

What every payday does

A payment arrives

USDG on Robinhood Chain, from anyone who pays you
  • The spend share stays USDG

Ready to use, in your own account
  • The equity share buys a Stock Token

    debt security, not a share

The suggested start

Every payment: 90% stays spendable and 10% buys SPY.

Each payment, by your rule

  • 90% stays USDG
  • 10% buys SPY

Built on Robinhood Chain. Payments arrive in USDG, and part of each buys a Stock Token.

  • USDG
  • SPY
  • QQQ
  • NVDA
  • AAPL

How a payday works

Get paid as usual. Your rule does the rest.

Share your address once. After that, every USDG payment that reaches it is split by your rule, whether you are online or not, with nothing to sign.

How every payday runs

The suggested start

90% stays USDG, 10% buys SPY.

10%

What your rule does

One rule, every payment

Your rule runs without you, the buy waits for the market when it must, and you can sell back to USDG whenever you choose.

It splits on arrival

Pick the equity share and the Stock Token once. Every USDG payment to your address splits by that rule, with nothing to sign.

ActivePause or change it any time. A change applies to the next split and never re-sorts money already split.

It waits for the market

When the market is closed or the price runs past your cap, the equity share waits as USDG in your account and buys after the open.

You can sell back to USDG

Need cash before the next payday? Sell a Stock Token back through the same check against its Chainlink price.

Sell back to USDG

Any Stock Token your payments bought can go back to USDG, checked against its Chainlink price first.

Where each payday lands

Two sleeves, one account.

Each payday fills both: USDG you can spend now, and Stock Tokens you keep until you sell. Both sit in your own smart account, never with Sleeve.

Spend

The spend share of every payment stays USDG in your account, ready to use. Money waiting to buy can move back here whenever you release it.

Spend

The spend share of your first payment lands here as USDG.

Stock Tokens

The equity share buys Stock Tokens into the same account, each valued at its Chainlink price, and you can sell any of them back to USDG. Every one is a debt security, not a share.

Every split is on chain, and anyone can recompute it.

Each split writes a receipt: what arrived, what stayed spendable, what bought or waited, and the Chainlink round the price was checked against.

  • Written in the same transaction as the split, never after it
  • The all-in price, measured from what left and entered your account
  • Rechecked through a different RPC provider from the keeper's

Who can use Sleeve

People outside the United States who get paid in digital dollars: for work, for invoices, or from family abroad.

Not open to US persons, or to anyone living in these places.

Where the issuer restricts its offer

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • British Virgin Islands

Where its offer is prohibited

  • Cuba
  • Belarus
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Syria
  • Ukraine
  • South Sudan
  • Sudan
  • Myanmar
  • Venezuela

Onboarding asks where you live and checks the country your connection comes from. Stock Tokens move like any token, so Sleeve cannot enforce this on chain, and does not claim to.

Paid in another stablecoin, or on another chain?Move it to your payment address as USDG on Robinhood Chain. Your rule splits it when it lands.

What Sleeve is not

  • Not a broker, and not the issuerSleeve buys on public pools on Robinhood Chain. It never mints or redeems Stock Tokens.
  • Not a custodianYour USDG and Stock Tokens stay in your own smart account. Its module runs only the flows written into it, and Sleeve cannot freeze your money.
  • Not the stock itselfA Stock Token is a debt security, not a share, issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. It tracks a US stock or fund and gives no rights in the company or fund.
  • Not a trading appNo charts and no orders to place. You set one rule, and each payment follows it.
  • Not a promise about pricesSleeve says nothing about where a Stock Token's price goes. It can fall as well as rise.

Questions

Know what you hold before you start.

Is a Stock Token the same as the stock?

No. A Stock Token is a debt security, not a share, issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. It tracks a US stock or fund and gives you no rights in, or against, the company or fund behind it.

The issuer's own disclosure closes this list, word for word.

Who holds my money?

You do. Your USDG and Stock Tokens stay in your own smart account on Robinhood Chain, and Sleeve never takes custody of them. Its module runs only the flows written into it, and removing it moves any waiting USDG back to spend.

What if the market is closed?

The equity share waits as USDG in your account, and the app says why. Sleeve buys after the market opens and a fresh Chainlink price arrives. You can release waiting USDG to spend at any time.

What does it cost?

This version charges no Sleeve fee. A buy pays the pool fee and any premium inside your cap, and its record shows the all-in price. Sleeve pays the gas for splits and covers the gas for your own actions, within a limit.

Who can use it?

People outside the United States who are paid in digital dollars, except where the issuer of Stock Tokens restricts or prohibits its offer. See the full list.

How do I get out?

Sell on the secondary market. Redemption with the issuer exists only under the issuer's conditions and identity checks, and pays cash, not shares. Sleeve offers no redemption.

Inside Sleeve you can sell back to USDG through the same check against the Chainlink price. While the market is closed, a sell waits unless you choose to override that one sell. You can also remove Sleeve from your account, and any waiting USDG moves to spend.
